I paid for what I thought was a simple certificate following an online test for 99 cents, but was billed an additional $69.99 for a subscription I did not want or signed up for. I have tried contacting the company who are saying I signed up for a no notice subscription and refuse to pay a refund. I have read that this has happened to other people, so this is clearly a scam.
